At Metta Rose Dance Academy, we are dedicated to providing students with a strong foundation in classical dance technique while encouraging creativity, confidence, and a genuine love of performing. Our curriculum includes Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Broadway-style performance, offering dancers the opportunity to explore a variety of styles as they grow.

Our Academy follows a unique two-year production cycle. One year is dedicated to developing strong technique, proper terminology, skill progression, and opportunities for competition, while the following year focuses on bringing that training to the stage through one of our grand dance productions. This approach allows our dancers to build their skills and confidence while giving them something exciting to work toward and look forward to.

Most importantly, everyone is welcome at Metta Rose Dance Academy! Both girls and boys are encouraged to join us, learn, grow, and discover the joy of dance in a supportive and welcoming environment.
