I dance, therefore I am!

Dance is joy, dance is love.

It's a dance thing..

Hello all!

I hope everyone is doing well and is safe. I know everyone is anxious about what will happen with our 2020 show. With the uncertainty of the time frame for businesses to re-open, we have hit a few bumps on the road when it comes to planning.

Costumes
We are still waiting to hear back from a few places that had to shut down, we will receive the costumes but we will have to wait for them to reopen and be shipped. Once we are re opened we will be able to try on costumes that have made it in. Please make sure the costumes you have at home are in a safe place. There is a chance we will have everyone bring in their costumes again to do a second try on before pictures. If you were supposed to be putting together your costume from home please have those ready for day one of classes restarting.

Pictures
As we are still waiting on costumes and the ban on large groups has not been lifted we will need to postpone pictures until further notice.  Please do not come to the studio on May 16th and 17th for pictures, we will keep everyone posted on the new date.

Classes
Due to the recent events once we are able to reopen we have planned to remain open for the summer and blend right into fall classes. Class times will remain the same over the summer. Again, please do not come up to the studio until we have notified you the studio has reopened. We will send out a reopen date.

The Production Date
This decision was not taken lightly and with much consideration we will be moving the production to a later date. Our tentative production date will be the fourth weekend in October. This is the weekend before Halloween, October 23rd and 24th.

If you have costumes at home that needed to be altered, consider waiting to alter them to ensure they will still fit in October.

There is much up in the air. We understand that everything planned from March-May will also be moving their dates and scheduling will be a nightmare. This is also not set in stone we are still waiting on the Governors decision on what can reopen, when, and what ever stipulations will be set on those open businesses.

Please contact Metta or myself with any questions you may have. The best way is to directly message us on facebook. We both are excited to see you all when this is over, and ready to keep working toward our show. Please stay home, be safe, and keep practicing what you know!
